About us:
We are a company with our own ice cream production and two cafes in Berlin Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. We produce high-quality ice cream by hand with love and passion. In the colder months, we also sell vegan Baumstriezel and fresh waffles.

For our café in Prenzlauer Berg, we are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in March 2023, either full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities:

You will take care of the daily tasks in our cafes in Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, and passionately delight our guests with our delicious treats.
This includes primarily selling our ice cream, Baumstriezel, and waffles, as well as preparing specialty coffees.
You will also ensure that the store is always clean and tidy, and open and close the store independently with all related tasks.
You have a handson approach and a good sense of what needs to be done.
You will be responsible for maintaining our high quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring they are followed by yourself and the assistants.

Qualifications:

You enjoy thinking in a serviceoriented way and delighting guests with highquality products.
You are always friendly and courteous towards colleagues and guests.
You are reliable, punctual, and thorough in completing tasks.
You have previous experience in the hospitality industry.
You are willing to work on weekends, including during the summer months.
