Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout all guest interactions
- Manage room inventory, rates, and availability to optimize revenue
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of rooms division staff to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and control departmental expenses through effective budgeting and cost control measures
Skills:
- Proven experience in guest services, hospitality management, and leadership roles
- Strong background in front desk operations, customer service, and human resources
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficient in hotel management systems and software for reservations and inventory management
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to drive revenue growth
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
Experience:
Rooms Division Leadership: 2 years (required)
- Hospitality: 5 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
- Fort Lauderdale, FL 33326: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
