Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout all guest interactions
  • Manage room inventory, rates, and availability to optimize revenue
  • Train, mentor, and lead a team of rooms division staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses through effective budgeting and cost control measures

Skills:


  • Proven experience in guest services, hospitality management, and leadership roles
  • Strong background in front desk operations, customer service, and human resources
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Proficient in hotel management systems and software for reservations and inventory management
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to drive revenue growth
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year


Experience:

Rooms Division Leadership: 2 years (required)

  • Hospitality: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL 33326: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
