Responsibilities:
  • Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.)
  • Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
  • May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
  • General maintenance of grounds & facilities including: _Cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping & restocking facility including restrooms & break areas,_ _Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition_, _Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals_, _Order cleaning supplies as necessary_

Qualifications:


  • Communicate effectively with others. Understand directions
  • Ability to calculate in all units of measures
  • Ability to manage one's own time
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
The expected pay range for this position is ($15.00 to $ Hourly/Salary).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
