Are you interested in the field of Human Resources and would like to learn more about recruiting? We are looking for a student assistant at our location in Düsseldorf as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

You are responsible for the support and recruiting of our interns and student assistants
You independently handle administrative HR tasks and support the operational daily business
Support in the recruiting process including maintenance of the applicant management system (e.g. posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting invitations/rejections)
You conduct interviews together with colleagues from the specialist departments
Creation of references and maintenance of personnel files
You also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas in internal projects

Your profile:

You are studying Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
You have a strong interest in the field of HR and have gained initial practical experience through internships or parttime jobs
You have a high level of motivation and initiative, are structured, communicative and work independently
