Headquartered in Los Angeles, with additional branches nationwide, DADP aims to link clients with opportunities spanning the entertainment industry and various venues.

    Role Summary:

    This full-time position entails serving as a Human Resources Director under the guidance of the General Manager. The Human Resources Director will oversee HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensure adherence to labor and employment regulations. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA.

    Qualifications

    • Extensive expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices
    • Proven track record in formulating and executing HR policies
    • Specialization in employee relations, encompassing conflict resolution and mediation
    • Demonstrated experience in performance management, including goal establishment and evaluations
    • Familiarity with labor and employment legislation and compliance standards
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiencies
    • Effective organizational and issue-solving capabilities
    • Adept at performing well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field
    • Possession of HR or related certification is advantageous

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of prior involvement in the music industry
    • Past exposure to platforms like Paychex, Concur, or similar systems
    • Capacity for innovative thinking to influence and enhance existing and future systems and procedures. In a close-knit team, each member holds influence and contributes to shaping the company's trajectory
