Sign on bonus with 5 years automotive sales experience

Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg is looking for a sales consultants to join its growing team. We are looking for people with desire, passion, drive and a great attitude. Closed Sundays plus additional day off each week. Privately owned company without all the corporate drama. Very aggressive pay plan that includes hourly pay and bonuses. Sell new, CPO and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz, pre-owned Porsche, exotics, highlines and most other off- brand vehicles. Beautiful dealership, the best management, long term employees and lots of opportunity to grow within. You will not find a better brand, company, or people to work with. Must have a clean driving record, look, speak, behave and dress professional at all times. Customer satisfaction a must. Sales and closing skills will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

*Mercedes-Benz experience preferred

*Enhance the customer buying process by performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and

demonstration of vehicles

*Prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display

*Supply customer with product Performance and benefits

*Build strong rapport with customers

*Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email and text communication

*Prepare email collateral for clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments, making sure clients are informed before

they walk into the dealership
