- Greet Patients as they arrive
- Answer Phones/Take Messages
- Check Voicemails & return calls from over the weekend
- Follow up on Referrals that are received via fax
- Book Consultations over the phone
- Schedule Patient appointments
- Communicate with CNA's if there are any patient cancellations or late arrivals
- Take PT's off schedule when needed
- Collect Payments & co-pays
- Create charts and enter in new patient paperwork (Medical, Social, Family, & Surgical Histories)
- Extremely efficient, organized, and resourceful
- Must be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills to deal with many personalities
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to pivot and solve problems/challenges throughout the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with appropriate follow-through
- Pick up software quickly and proficiently
- Excellent customer service skills, excellent attention to detail
- Must have a presentable and professional appearance
- Must have strong attendance and should be reliable
- Monday – Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm
- Some Fridays as needed
