The Global Liquidity & Cash Management is responsible for the technical implementation of global liquidity and cash management products/services.The GLCM Client Integration Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients to understand their goals and objectives resulting in a deeper and stronger relationship.
As our Client Integration Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the technical implementation of global liquidity and cash management products/services
- Be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients to understand their goals and objectives resulting in a deeper and stronger relationship
- Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct technical scope/discovery meetings to ensure technical solutions can be supported by both the client and the bank
- Establish test environment, validate file formats, execute file testing, coordinate back office testing, develop test plans & track test results, and assist client with technical issue resolution
- Partner with clients to develop a strong understanding of their technical infrastructure to support system integration to the HSBC digital tools and solutions
- Ability to identify technical issues and troubleshoot them efficiently and effectively

RequirementsYou ́ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Strong knowledge of Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) products and services or other relevant industry expertise
- Strong project management background, managing complex and demanding client projects
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
- Strong focus on client experience and client success
- Ability to manage a high workload
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to mobilize internal stakeholders and resources to quickly understand and resolve client issues
- Collaborative teamwork and partnership across various teams to ensure client success
