Part-time Registrar Assistant**

Workplace Designation: In-person/Onsite
Required Attendance at College/Department Events:
- Opening of Semester Meetings (Fall, Winter, Spring)
- Holiday Party (December)
- President's and Deans' List Awards (Virtual/Inperson)
- Departmental Meetings (at least once per semester)
- Commencement (June)
- Select Athletic Events
Reports to:
- Registrar Office Manager
Overview of the Position:
- Support the Office of the Registrar to ensure that students are served well and records are appropriately filed/archived for Student Record Integrity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist with phone traffic to ensure that students are served in timely and an effective manner
- Scan and archive student records
- Assist Registrar Office Manager with student letter requests

Qualifications:
