Part-time Registrar Assistant**
Office/School/Department: Registrar**
Workplace Designation: In-person/Onsite


Required Attendance at College/Department Events:


  • Opening of Semester Meetings (Fall, Winter, Spring)
  • Holiday Party (December)
  • President's and Deans' List Awards (Virtual/Inperson)
  • Departmental Meetings (at least once per semester)
  • Commencement (June)
  • Select Athletic Events

Reports to:


  • Registrar Office Manager

Overview of the Position:


  • Support the Office of the Registrar to ensure that students are served well and records are appropriately filed/archived for Student Record Integrity.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Assist with phone traffic to ensure that students are served in timely and an effective manner
  • Scan and archive student records
  • Assist Registrar Office Manager with student letter requests

Qualifications:
