Your tasks
- Our customers have questions about Microsoft cloud solutions - you provide them with answers through professional consulting discussions.
- Whether it's Microsoft 365 (Windows 11, Enterprise Mobility + Security) or Microsoft infrastructure services and Microsoft Exchange: you design and implement suitable IT solutions for our customers.
- To ensure that our customers' employees are on board from the beginning, you lead workshops on your solutions that quickly find application in everyday work.
- During our presales phase, you support your colleagues in the sales team as a knowledgeable contact person for all technical questions.
- You are also in demand for other projects. Independently or together with your colleagues, you support our customers as a project support from the planning phase to successful completion.
Your profile
- Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist, digitalization management specialist, or a degree in computer science
