People Logistics is seeking Data Entry Clerk Maintenance Department for our warehouse in Swedesboro, NJ

Starting pay rate:
$15.50 per hour

Shifts:

1st shift

Essential Job Functions:
The Data Entry Maintenance Department will assist in inventory and planning as required to support plant maintenance operations.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the department and can gain the required experience for the position.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works for maintenance manager and will be led by maintenance planner.

Maintain uptodate preventative maintenance reports and post updated reports monthly.
Keep Vidmars organized and clean. All parts/materials need to be labeled with correct information that matches information in MVP.
Each day check Shipping/Receiving Office for any packages for Maintenance Department. (You may have to check several times each day.)

Note:

Sometimes packages are delivered in Suite A (Front Office) for the Maintenance Department and will have to be picked up there.

Ensure Packing Slips are not lost and verify content of packages against packing slip.

Scan verified packing slip to MVP. Notify Inventory Supervisor of any discrepancies with shipment.
Review Reorder List, Material Request forms with Parts/Inventory Control Coordinators and create P.R.'s as required.
Maintenance Data Entry Responsibilities
Complete weekly power point presentation using MVP reports and Excel
Assist Inventory Team with weekly cycle counts
Assist Maintenance/Facility Manager, Maintenance Planner and Inventory Coordinator(s) as needed.

Job Requirements:
