Position Overview:

As the Marketing Director, you will assume a pivotal role in formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to industry segments.

Your primary objectives will revolve around crafting and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, harnessing digital tools, SEO practices, and creative expertise to bolster brand presence and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation and Creative Expertise:


  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to craft compelling content aligned with brand messaging.
  • Spearhead the production of case studies, white papers, industry articles, and other pertinent content.
  • Ensure the creation of visually captivating graphics, videos, and multimedia content in collaboration with marketing graphic design.

Strategic Digital Marketing:


  • Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy in alignment with overarching business objectives.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives.
  • Implement robust onpage and offpage SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings both domestically and internationally.
  • Monitor SEO performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Website Management:


  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring its relevance, userfriendliness, and search engine optimization.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary enhancements and updates.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Leverage analytics tools to evaluate the efficacy of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports to the management team, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:


  • Foster seamless collaboration with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Engage with external partners, agencies, and vendors to amplify the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of trade shows and industry conferences.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B markets and industrial processing equipment.
  • Handson experience in international digital marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing, SEO strategies, and creative content creation.
  • Thorough understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with the HubSpot CRM Platform and experience in a manufacturing company environment are advantageous.
