Description
What to expect?
- You will develop innovative technical concepts for injection components and implement them constructively
- You will be responsible for conducting tests and accompanying the technical process, and as part of the design, you will perform accompanying calculations for the basic validation of your designs
- You will document your design processes in detail and create convincing presentations to ensure transparent insights and effectively communicate complex technical concepts
- You will coordinate and closely align with product area management to ensure that development goals align with strategic company objectives
- You will design specific fixtures for prototype assembly and testing setups and work closely with internal and external partners to leverage synergies and increase the efficiency of development processes
What should you bring?
- You have a degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering
- You have extensive experience in design, preferably with SolidWorks CAD software, and basic knowledge of Finite Element Method (FEM) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software is desirable
- You ideally have knowledge in combustion engine technology
- You have good English and German skills
- You are characterized by strong teamwork, work independently, responsibly, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations
