- Leading the development team for systems and hardware
- Managing requirements, configurations, changes, and issues in projects
- Guiding external development partners for electronics development
- Implementing annual project planning, personnel planning, material cost and investment planning
- Functionally leading the hardware electronics and system teams worldwide
- Assigning projects and specific tasks to global departments and monitoring progress and successful implementation
- Managing system and hardware projects and assigning teams and resources on a global level
Your profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with project management methods
- Knowledge of working with international customers and business partners
- Excellent knowledge in embedded electronics and development
- Knowledge in system architectural design
- Moderation and presentation skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
