Description
Responsibilities:
- In house quality control for each job that is processed in the paint department
- Troubleshoot in real time to keep production flowing
- Be able to inspect parts for quality.
- Learn new techniques/teach and train employees on SOP's
- Be able to give constructive feedback to painters to further their technique
- Ensure all equipment is in working condition
- Take daily/weekly/monthly inventory of paints, stains, and necessary materials
- Ensure all employees have the proper tools to complete each individual job
- Create a daily production plan according to workload
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
