We are currently seeking a Project Consultant in Health Promotion and Prevention to join our team at our location in Hannover, Bannockburn, IL.

B2Bfit GmbH is a nationwide specialist in integrated, individual health management, organizational development, and prevention work, supporting companies and institutions in implementing sustainable health concepts.


Your responsibilities:


  • Organizing and managing strategic and needsbased projects to create a healthpromoting living environment for residents of longterm care facilities
  • Process consulting and support for longterm care facilities in implementing our project "When Thoughts Go on a Journey"
  • Creating and developing tailored content to strengthen the health and independence of caredependent individuals
  • Conducting topicspecific training for the facility's nursing staff
  • Evaluating content and measures according to our quality standards
  • Moderating steering committees/working groups

Your profile:


  • Staterecognized degree in health sciences, nursing sciences, psychology, or a comparable field of study with knowledge/training in health promotion and prevention
  • Ideally with extensive experience in prevention projects in the care sector
  • High quality standards and strong customer orientation
  • Openminded and confident demeanor
