    A fast growing manufacturer is Looking for a quality manager Salary:

    $100K - $120K *(Depends on experience) Regularly watch and advice company when new requirements, regulations or standards are issued.- Oversee all company quality services and control activities.-Ensure the QMS requirements are followed, established and maintained.-Promote awareness of regulatory requirements. -Implement and manage formal quality review meetings.-Motivate, coach, mentor quality team.-Oversee all quality department employees and their work to ensure not only aligning with company policies but meeting KPI's.-Work with Regulatory Affairs at HQ. -Supplier investigations and customer complaints. -Ensure timely creating, writing, and tracking of internal investigations.-Problem identification:

    root cause analysis, risk assessment, CAPA identification.-Conducts Audits and assist with audits.
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements for Quality Manager :

    -10 years of experience in Quality in a GMP environment (medical device preferred)-5 years of personnel management
    • Experience in regulatory agencies (FDA, GMP, etc)
    • Minimum of B.
    S in Chemistry or Biochemistry-Prefers auditor experience and certification
    • Prefers lean six sigma training
