We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Hold Close Specialist.

This position focuses on data entry tasks, including but not limited to monitoring status changes from our client systems and ensuring that our files are consistently updated.

The Hold Close Specialist plays a vital role in our firm by accurately updating our case management system based on client directives.


Responsibilities:

Reviewing client instructions and accurately implementing hold requests in our case management system.

Ensuring that holds are placed promptly and in compliance with established procedures and guidelines.

Collaborating with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to hold requests.

Maintaining organized records and documentation of hold placements for reference and audit purposes.

Providing excellent customer service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns related to hold placements.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Prior experience in a legal environment or creditors' rights industry preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
