Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, recording, and monitoring customer orders and delivery schedules
  • Coordinating customer needs for the production department, taking into account efficient production factors such as lead time, batch size, and inventory levels
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers both domestically and internationally
  • Processing production and delivery backlog lists
  • Planning, scheduling, and monitoring production plans and machine utilization
  • Acting as a liaison for customers regarding inquiries about current projects Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical education or equivalent degree (e.g. industrial engineering) -
