Description

Knowledge, ability and experience operating an excavator and/or skid steer

Knowledge and ability to grease and do light maintenance on the machines
Maintaining hand tools
Measuring and laying out a square and level a foundation for a room
Ability to finish float concrete slabs, brush finish patios & sidewalks
Concrete placement by hand or mechanically
Blue print reading
Building wood forms & rough carpentry
Form removal
Heavy lifting of materials and tools
Operation of power tools, saws, drills, hammer drill
Exceptional planning skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Communication with customers and company shareholders

The concrete finisher and laborer should be a organized individual who enjoys leaving the home owners properly clean and orderly.

The concrete finisher and laborer is also responsible for cleaning the truck and equipment daily. Compensation depends on skill level and experience.
