- Work with clients to analyze, research, and implement solutions in their individual financial situations and provide operational support as needed.
- Support the Advisor team on plan and investment delivery of the Brown Wealth Management Client Experience.
- Demonstrate excellent people skills by being confident in the delivery of advice to clients via conference call or face-to-face meetings—excellent verbal and non-verbal communication a necessity.
- Always maintain high ethical standards/confidentiality.
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow through on any needed communication with new or existing clients.
- Continuously monitor clients' financial situations with detail and accuracy with the ability to look at the big strategic financial picture.
- Dedicated to networking, continued education, and establishing expert relationships with strategic partners in our community.
- Professional and knowledgeable demeanor.

- Bachelor's degree, required.
- Series 65, preferred.
- Have completed, or almost completed, the Certified Financial Planning coursework
- Proficient knowledge of and experience in the securities industry, regulations, financial planning and investment management.

- Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client's needs and requirements.

We are currently seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor who is familiar with the financial planning and investment management process and is dedicated to helping take our company to the next level. This position requires a goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional person. The primary responsibility will be to provide technical financial planning and investment management work, either under the management of higher-level professionals or on their own. They usually work with other professional planners in the firm and are under the supervision of a Lead Wealth Advisor and/or Senior Wealth Advisor and have decision making abilities on client plans, investment processes and procedures, operational processes and procedures and client affairs.
