Your Responsibilities

Your task is the creation of software for PLCbased controls in Siemens S7 and the corresponding visualization
You will design innovative control and regulation concepts and provide proof of machine capability for measurement and control tasks
You are responsible for the selection and design of control components and oversee the maintenance of serial devices and custommade products
You create interface applications and ensure PLC networking using common bus systems and protocols such as CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and TCP/IP
The creation of functional flow descriptions and project discussions with the customer until commissioning complete your area of responsibility

Your Competencies

You have successfully completed your engineering degree in electrical engineering / automation technology or are a technician with relevant experience in the development environment
During your professional career, you have gained extensive experience in PLC programming and visualization
You are proficient in Siemens Step 7 with a certification in either Integra, VASS, or PL7, and you also have good knowledge of WinCC and the programming languages C/C++
You are open to occasional travel, including abroad, and can communicate effectively in both German and English
