    Training & Development:
    Upon acceptance into the Sales Associate Program, participants will receive a competitive salary while undergoing comprehensive training.

    This program offers a meticulously crafted development trajectory, introducing individuals to H&E Equipment Services' entire range of offerings and preparing them to effectively engage with our diverse customer base.


    Career Path:
    Graduates of our Sales Associate Program are well-positioned for potential roles as Outside Sales Representatives within H&E Equipment.

    This program serves as a stepping stone towards a fulfilling career, providing participants with the tools, training, and opportunities to thrive in the competitive world of sales.


    Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

    Personality & Skills:
    Express an aggressive, dynamic personality coupled with excellent customer service skills.

    Sales Qualities:
    Maintain a people-oriented, sales-driven, self-directed, self-motivated, and determined approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Prospecting & Outreach:
    Conduct cold-calling and jobsite visits to identify and build prospects and business relationships in the designated territory.

    Technical Proficiency:
    Demonstrate proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

    Transportation:
    Possess reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.


    Sales Associate Preferred Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree preferred.


    Communication Skills:
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Business Acumen:
    Strong business acumen with the ability to generate solutions to customer issues and requests.

    Sales-driven individual with a desire to grow professionally and establish a rewarding career in construction equipment outside sales.

    The pay range for this position starts at $60,000 plus future incentives.
