Key Responsibilities:

Trimming: Carefully trim and manicure cannabis flowers to prepare them for sale.

Curing: Monitor and manage the curing process to ensure optimal flavor and potency.

Packaging: Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to identify any issues and ensure all products meet our strict quality standards.

Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation protocols.

Data Entry: Record and track all relevant data, including batch numbers and product weights.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state cannabis regulations and ensure all activities comply with legal and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and products.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
