Job Duties & Responsibilities:_

  • Must be able to read, interpret, and understand blueprints, specifications and drawings
  • Exhibit problemsolving and good interaction skills in order to be able to work independently with little to no supervision as part of a team
  • Confirm project resources needed (manpower, equipment, and materials) from inception to completion with Construction Director and execute
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets with Construction Directors
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timeline success.
  • Develop and maintain schedules with Construction Directors to determine labor staffing required for successful completion of project in accordance with schedule requirements.
  • Actively promotes safety policies by communicating expectations and corrective strategies to all employees on the job site while monitoring for good safety practices
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop solutions with the Construction Directors to identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain client and Project Team informed of the daytoday activities of the project while maintaining accurate documentation of job progress through daily logs and other reports.
  • Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure building code compliance with local, state and federal building regulations
  • Document, communicate, and execute change orders in scope of project
  • Manage client expectations with daily/weekly communications and project tracking reports.
  • Consistently monitor quality of work completed and ensure highest quality is produced required to support quality control and final project deliverables.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position fit appropriate
  • Establishes objectives and conducts employee performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Attends weekly job meetings prepares and submits summary of project progress and pending issues to Construction Directors

Requirements:_

  • Valid driver's license and be able to safely operate your personal vehicle.
  • Reliable transportation/work availability & Willingness to commute to different Jobsites
  • Work independently without supervision and collaboratively in a team
  • Stand, stoop, kneel, bend, and safely lift/carry up to 50100lbs on a regular basis.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Work around dirt, dust, and other construction environs
  • Excellent understanding of project management in construction practices, methods, and materials
  • Ability to manage 48 projects concurrently and successfully.
  • Knowledge and experience with construction management software.
  • Experience creating construction schedules including understanding of critical pathways.
  • Knowledge of construction health and safety standards/regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to able to read, interpret, and understand blueprints, specifications and drawings
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and building codes

$ $35.00 per hour
