For our plant in Rödental, we are currently looking for a:

Key Account Manager or Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers and the development team for all project-related inquiries
  • Sales of our complex products and product groups
  • Management of existing customers and strengthening of business relationships
  • Acquisition and development of new customers
  • Coordination of customer projects, both internally and externally, from inquiry to full series launch
  • Responsible for meeting project deadlines, costs, and quality standards
  • Project-related team leadership with employees from the departments of development, production, purchasing, and quality
  • Reporting on project progress and identifying critical developments
  • Participation in project and process organization

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in the plastics industry as a technician or equivalent
  • Experience in sales
  • Product knowledge in the areas of plastics, metal, or mechatronics
  • Experience in project management (development and series projects)
  • Team and results-oriented work style, as well as willingness to travel
  • Organizational skills, analytical thinking, structured work style, flexibility, and assertiveness
