For our plant in Rödental, we are currently looking for a:
Key Account Manager or Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers and the development team for all project-related inquiries
- Sales of our complex products and product groups
- Management of existing customers and strengthening of business relationships
- Acquisition and development of new customers
- Coordination of customer projects, both internally and externally, from inquiry to full series launch
- Responsible for meeting project deadlines, costs, and quality standards
- Project-related team leadership with employees from the departments of development, production, purchasing, and quality
- Reporting on project progress and identifying critical developments
- Participation in project and process organization
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the plastics industry as a technician or equivalent
- Experience in sales
- Product knowledge in the areas of plastics, metal, or mechatronics
- Experience in project management (development and series projects)
- Team and results-oriented work style, as well as willingness to travel
- Organizational skills, analytical thinking, structured work style, flexibility, and assertiveness
