Your specific tasks include:

You'll be responsible for building and developing our training and further education center, ensuring a smooth process within the training program.
You'll develop new training concepts to strategically and operationally align our training with future requirements, and you'll search for suitable cooperation partners - all with the courage to take new paths and make innovative changes.
You'll represent Garden City to external institutions such as vocational schools, chambers of commerce, and universities for potential collaborations.
As part of the HR leadership team, you'll actively contribute to the development of our leadership culture.
You'll work closely with the departments, personnel recruiting, and personnel marketing to find new apprentices and to facilitate their transition into permanent positions after completing their training.

You have that special something if you:

Have a completed Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field.
Have several years of professional experience in the areas of training
