Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the execution and strategy of the College Recruiting Program
Manage a team of campus and early talent recruiters
Collaborate with the company executives, talent acquisition and cross functional managers to develop college recruiting strategies at targeted schools
Advance operational plans and branding activities at target schools
Foster, maintain and manage relationships with targeted universities, partnering with career services, faculty/staff and student groups
Develop, implement, execute and measure the success of campus and national events
Ongoing analysis and refinement of Athletico's target schools to attract and hire high performing students
Identify and optimize process/technology inefficiencies to further accelerate campus results
Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external stakeholders through recruiting delivery and service
Partner highly with Athletico's Student Clinical Education team to provide an exceptional experience to rotation students
Collaborate with internal teams to design strategies to increase conversion of students to FTE

Education and Experience:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required._
A Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or related experience required
3+ years of college relations and/or campus recruiting required
Human Resources experience desired
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 2025 pounds
Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
