Key Responsibilities:

Leads the development of any webrelated project, QA, debugging, and manages (in coordination with the Web Administrator) search for both and
Review and assess requests that pertain to websites templates, navigation, and procedures.
Conduct monthly inspections of the websites to identify bugs, glitches, errors, broken links, mobile responsiveness of all components, and duplicate content
Ensure that markup (XHTML), schema, metadata, Open Graph metadata, style sheets, images/graphics, hyperlinks, internal search, and clientside scripting website elements are implemented correctly and efficiently while maintaining web performance.
Verify the following elements for accuracy and correctness
Confirm no duplication of content is created within NCUA websites or externally on other government websites;
Analyze user data to improve the performance and experience of users on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in relevant field
At least 5 years of experience managing complex web design and development projects, including database development, website and app development, and search engine optimization projects.
Experience in Drupal Site Builder, Developer, or Front-End Specialist certification.
Experience managing Drupal Search or equivalent approaches.
Must have strong Drupal CMS debugging and analysis skills.
Experience in PHP, Experience Modernizing and Securing Drupal 8 web sites, modern JS/ECMA, modern HTML/CSS (WHATWG), SQL, CMS module building, PHP Frameworks, JS Frameworks.
Experience developing automated testing.
Experience with FedRAMP Cloud Security, Multi-Language Content Management, 508/EWCAG (WAI-ARIA) Requirements.
An active Public GitHub with relevant project work demonstrations.
