    Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
    Minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Manager
    Ability to hire, train, and retain a great team
    Positive, enthusiastic management style
    Experience in fostering a great culture
    Experience in managing food and labor costs
    Detail-oriented leader
