Description

Essential Functions:


  • Serve as the team lead for website and portal development and maintenance, with mínimal supervision from the Executive Director.
  • Support Strategic Marketing; manage multiple web projects; add and update content, troubleshoot website and portal issues, research related software etc.
  • Manage website quality assurance, check link functionality, clean up code, etc., manage accessibility compliance, Site improve monitoring, etc.
  • Participate in training related to web and accessibility guidelines and best practices; responsible for keeping the team updated in these areas.
  • Management of website and portal requests, confer with the Strategic Marketing team to prioritize requests and ensure they align with overall priorities for the team and College.
  • Monitor portal updates and edit as necessary to fix content and layout issues and to avoid conflicts with information on the website.
  • Monitor analytics for the website and run reports as needed.
  • Assist with the creation of web forms as needed.
  • Create online versions of College publications.
  • Provide technical support for events managed by Strategic Marketing. Other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or Highlevel technical proficiency in lieu of degree. Two to four years of jobrelated experience in recruitment and admissions

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Higher Education Experience

Starting Salary:
$68,000 - $72,000
