Your responsibilities:

Smart Hand Support for network technology
Administration of infrastructure and troubleshooting
Maintenance, ongoing analysis, and optimization of IT systems
Monitoring the implementation of IT solutions (including production systems)
Administration/networking of servers, printers, computers, and data storage
User and permission management, including documentation
Installation of new computers and software support
Data backup and recovery
Administration of control room software
Point of contact for ITrelated issues and questions for employees

Your profile:

Completed degree, training as an IT specialist for system integration, or comparable qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019) & Active Directory, as well as Microsoft SCCM and a scripting language (PowerShell)
Knowledge of administration and architecture of globally networked infrastructure of Windows servers and end devices (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
Fluent in German
