What You Will Do:

Responsible for the creation and revision of lot specific plan sets for jobs in the pipeline.

  • Jobspecific plan sets
  • Job specific engineering
  • Accurate job specific lots/lot fits
The position is very independent and mostly involves computer work with a few internal meetings.


What You Will Bring

  • A technical degree (e.g. Associate's) in computeraided design or similar.
  • Bachelor of Arts in Architecture or its equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is required.
  • Working knowledge of plans is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of using AutoCAD to draw plans for a production builder is preferred.
  • Ability to Care by taking ownership over work produced and going the extra mile.
  • Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression.
  • Ability to Improve by accepting challenges and always looking to move forward.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
