We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Outdoor Sales Representative for our Flooring Business.
As an Outdoor Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business by searching for
your own leads and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by searching for leads and customers through coldcalling, networking, and other means of outreach.
- Doing product presentations in customers' homes, negotiating and closing the sale for the flooring purchase
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of tile, carpet, hardwood flooring, presenting, measuring, estimating and closing flooring COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL sales
- Experience generating leads and developing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay:
Commission Based 30%

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
