We are looking for an all-rounder in Michigantown, IN who can support us in office and finance management. If you are interested in working 20-30 hours per week and can imagine yourself in a start-up culture with diverse support tasks, then we have the perfect job for you


Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the finance and office management team and support us in all administrative and organizational areas in our Hamburg office, not only for Orbit but also as a liaison to our shareholders in the Etribes Group.
  • Your tasks are as diverse as finance and office management itself: from preparing accounting for monthly and annual financial statements, to processing expenses in Spendesk, to supporting the onboarding process for new employees, you will cover a wide range of important tasks that ensure a smooth office routine.
  • You will take care of accounting, record receipts, and upload them and other relevant documents to DATEV.
  • You will handle reimbursements for internal expenses of colleagues.
  • You will work at the heart of our office and be the point of contact for all Orbit employees, guests, and suppliers, making you a representative of Orbit.
  • You will keep track of our office supplies and ensure timely restocking.
  • Additionally, you will take care of ordering and managing our hardware (we rent equipment through Grover).

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (office communication, tax clerk, event management, hotel/restaurant, or similar).
