Description

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures
• Make reservations for amenities and submit maintenance work orders.
• Provide information about building amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other Building departments to ensure resident satisfaction

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
• Knowledge of front desk operations and Building CRM systems(Yardi, Building link, Butterfly, Active Building, etc.) is a
  plus.
