We are looking for motivated career changers for care and support (m/f/d) in Winchester, NV.

As a career changer, you will participate in a one-week basic course with additional follow-up meetings. Here, you will learn the theoretical and practical foundations of working with people with disabilities. Together with the training in your specific area of work, you will be well prepared for your job.

You can deepen your knowledge through internal training and further education.

Do you already have a 3-year vocational training in a trade or household field? Then there is the opportunity to qualify as a "specialist" while working full-time.

But who are we?


We, the Förder- und Wohnstätten gGmbH, are a medium-sized company with around 600 employees of all ages, genders, and nationalities.

We operate residential and therapy rooms, a workshop, and a spacious outdoor area at eight locations in and around Kettig.

We create a place to live and work for people with disabilities where we also feel comfortable ourselves. Changes come from the team and are not imposed from the top down.
