Description

Responsibilities:


  • Integral team member of the Vestmark Manager Marketplace (VMM), delivering manager models to external destinations.
  • Assist with the client onboarding process, including contract paperwork, user portal setup, due diligence oversight, and user training.
  • Cultivate relationships with asset managers, financial institutions, and other partners to expand the range of investment products and services available on the platform and enhance its value proposition to users.
  • Oversee daily client maintenance, including routine support requests and inquiries, new model setups, and portal user management.
  • Assist in automating repetitive tasks and provide data analytics.
  • Interact with model providers and model subscribers to ensure information is correct and current.
  • Monitor VAS portals to ensure model lifecycles are complete and current.
  • Utilize data analytics and user feedback to monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features and functionalities. A datadriven approach can help optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and overall platform performance.
  • Coordinate with internal counterparts on both technical and relationship issues as needed.
  • Contribute to formal process and procedures documentation.
  • Assist in testing of system functionality as part of platforms maintenance updates and upgrades.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that facilitate seamless navigation, efficient workflows, and a positive user experience for platform users.
  • Mitigate risks associated with the marketplace's operations, such as cybersecurity threats, data privacy concerns, and regulatory compliance issues.

Skills and Requirements:


  • Experience in managed account or trading operations, ideally including experience with model delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Microsoft Excel and Python and/or other programing languages preferred.
  • Ability to effectively operate with peers in similar operational, portfolio management and marketing roles at clients and counterparts
  • Strong drive for excellent client satisfaction, attention to detail and completeness
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and problems at both a commercial and operational level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience:


  • BS or BA is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the managed accounts industry.
  • FINRA licenses and certifications such as CFA, CFP, CIMA, etc. are a plus
