    Key Responsibilities:

    • Warmly greet and check-in patients for their appointments, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
    • Handle Sliding Fee Scale applications in alignment with Health Center guidelines.
    • Assist patients in completing necessary forms and provide relevant information about the center's programs and services.
    • Offer guidance on health plan selections and insurance enrollment processes.
    • Manage walk-in patients effectively and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
    • Efficiently answer telephone calls and uphold communication protocols.
    • Participate in departmental meetings and perform additional duties as delegated.
    • Be prepared for potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as per a rotating schedule.

    Requirements:

    • Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese (Bilingual fluency is a must).
    • Adept in computer operations, including data entry and Microsoft Word.
    • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
