- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling employee onboarding and medical documents.
- Responsible for processing FMLA and other personal leave of absences.
- Handle worker’s compensation cases ensuring meticulous documentations and follow ups.
- Provide employee verifications and wage reports upon obtaining a signed authorization release form.
- Assisted with processing of payroll as well as addressing employee payroll questions.
- Perform recruiting and screening for various skillsets and processed references checks.
