Experience

  • Responsible for attending to customer inquiries and requests regarding personnel
  • Process all onboarding procedures for new employees and document the Rethink and ADP databases. 
  • Update personnel files for terminated employees and disburse any owed benefits accordingly.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling employee onboarding and medical documents.
  • Responsible for processing FMLA and other personal leave of absences.
  • Handle worker’s compensation cases ensuring meticulous documentations and follow ups.
  • Provide employee verifications and wage reports upon obtaining a signed authorization release form.
  • Assisted with processing of payroll as well as addressing employee payroll questions. 
  • Perform recruiting and screening for various skillsets and processed references checks.
