Service Cashier Job Responsibilities_**- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service department.

Process service orders accurately and efficiently using our dealership's computer systems.
Collect payments from customers for services rendered, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely and in accordance with company policies.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers regarding service appointments, pricing, and billing inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless customer service experience.
Provide assistance to customers with any questions or concerns related to their service experience.
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

_ Service Cashier Qualifications_

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with cashiering software is preferred.
