Behavioral Analyst/Consultant:
Part Time Position

We are seeking an experienced behavior analyst who will provide services at Adult Residential Facilities in the San Bernardino and Riverside areas

RBT or another certification/licensure is a plus.

There are openings in several cities. $22.50-$32.50 per hour.

Flexible schedule.

Must be available either during mornings, mid or late afternoons.

Duties include initiating a functional analysis of behavior. The residential staff will do daily charting and report the data to the behaviorist. The data is then assessed and if changes are needed the behavior plan can be adjusted.

Must be familiar with Applied Behavior Analysis, and behavioral interventions, supervising staff on data collections. Must have ABA experience with adults.

Experience with data collection or supervision and report writing (ISP, Annuals, Quarterlies)is required.

You will be providing consulting services to adults with Autism, Down's Syndrome and other Developmental disabilities. Duties include behavioral reports, in-services and staff training.

Must have a BA or BS in Psychology or related field to be considered. Master's degree is preferable.

Should be able to provide behavioral intervention reports such as initial, ISPs or annuals. MUST have at least one years' experience with Applied Behavior Analysis.


Eisner Psychological Associates has been providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to adult residential and ICF facilities for the past 25 years.

The director, Dr. Don Eisner is a licensed psychologist. Our staff includes BCBA's and behavior analyst consultants.
