As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the breakfast only for a hotel, culinary operations of our establishment.

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for menu planning, food management, and ensuring high-quality food production.

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations
• Create and develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
• Ensure highquality food production and presentation
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
• Oversee inventory control and ordering of food supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth operations

• Proven experience as a Chef in the food industry
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and creativity
• Knowledge of menu planning, dietary requirements, and nutrition guidelines
• Familiarity with inventory control and cost management
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
• Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
