V. has stood for competent and dedicated pedagogical support and promotion of children in all types of schools. The organization advocates for the inclusive participation of children with and without disabilities in school and everyday life.

Inclusion support is an outpatient service within the framework of integration assistance for children who require support in their participation in school and therefore in society due to physical and/or mental or (potential) emotional disabilities.

The type and extent of support, as well as the tasks of inclusion support, are generally based on the specific needs of each individual child.

IN VIA offers inclusion support in the form of individual support and in a pool.


We are currently looking for:

Employees (m/f/d) in inclusion support

Professionals with a three-year pedagogical education, a pedagogical degree, or equivalent qualifications for the following locations (employment scope):

  • Cologne Porz, starting immediately (14 hours/week)
  • Cologne Seeberg, starting immediately (28 hours/week)
  • Cologne Rondorf, starting immediately (29 hours/week)

Assistants with a passion for working with children and young people with support needs for the following location (employment scope):

  • Cologne Vingst, starting immediately (23 hours/week)
The duration of the positions will depend on the approval period of the respective assistance. We are generally interested in long-term
