Clerical and Administrative duties for the department or the company.

The position could be with a small office or within an Accounting, HR, Purchasing, Quality or IT Department with a large organization.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Minimum typing skills, 50+ wpm
Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners
Answer telephones and respond to emails

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:

2 years minimum working in an office environment

Professional knowledge and a respect for confidentiality is required
Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
