About the Job:

As a Senior Market Research & Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing the organization's market research capabilities. Your work will provide valuable insights into the market, business, and customer behavior, influencing various business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Identify and gather relevant data sources for market research in the truck equipment industry
Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, collaborating with third-party vendors when necessary
Lead end-to-end market research projects, from defining business requirements to presenting results
Monitor industry trends and news
Analyze competitive landscape and internal/external databases to estimate market characteristics
Create insightful analyses, data visualizations, and reports
Support Marketing in developing content based on market insights
Develop a comprehensive view of customer behavior and needs
Work on audience building, targeting, and journey mapping with Marketing
Collaborate cross-functionally to establish key data inputs and actionable metrics for reporting
Track economic indicators to forecast market changes and revenue projections
Responsible for analyzing key Sales and Marketing programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in an analytical or business development role
Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, or consulting
Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, JDE, or similar systems
Knowledge of research methodologies, data techniques, and marketing analytics
Experience with utility truck segment is a plus
