Job Summary:


The Fleet Coordinator/Fleet Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Asset Management by optimizing fleet operations through detailed data analysis and coordination of maintenance schedules.

This position is crucial for ensuring that our fleet operations maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the management of daily fleet operations, including tracking vehicle usage, maintenance scheduling, and compliance checks.
  • Utilize fleet management software to gather and analyze data, helping to optimize fleet performance and reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Support the implementation of fleet policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory compliance and company standards.
  • Help manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on fleet operations, maintenance, and expenses to aid in decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to project teams focused on the implementation of new systems or processes designed to enhance fleet efficiency and safety.
  • Experience with fleet management software such as Samsara, and knowledge of WEX systems, preferred.
  • Familiarity with DOT rules and regulations and understanding of FMCSA guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and systems teams to enhance data integration and realtime tracking capabilities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in fleet operations or a similar analytical role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and fleet management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Detailoriented and efficient, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Compensation
- $60,000-$70,000.00, depending on experience.
