YOUR TASKS
Your area of responsibility is the protection of the municipal and private tree population within the city of Chemnitz to ensure a qualified preservation and increase of the tree population.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Review and processing of applications in the field of tree protection
- Consultation and communication with citizens and processing of objections
- Inspection and evaluation of trees and locations for informed decisionmaking
- Determination of replacement plantings and locations for felled trees
- Monitoring and control of conditions and verification of reported violations
- Examination of planning and construction measures and preparation
