_STAFF_**ModernControls is seeking a highly motivated, service support specialist based out of the headquarters in New Castle, DE.

This person will be a key member of the service administrative team and essential in day-to-day operations of the ModernControls service business.

**Essential
Duties
and
Responsibilities**:
  • Maintain Contract Billing Rate Sheet
  • Maintain Contract Renewal/Billing Sheet
  • Close Material Sale jobs, Project work order jobs and BAS work order jobs after billing
  • Review PMA inspections from Maintenance Coordinator and close work orders
  • Accurately input purchase orders and work orders in Computer based software system. Adding material picked up, correct G/L department, and adding the total cost.
  • Track and arrange material for weekly distribution to field offices.
  • Coordinate service opportunities that have been received throughout the day.
  • Receives calls from service technicians to communicate about the schedule.
  • Track material for job completion and work with service coordinator and service manager on technician skill sets and best fit for customer's needs.
  • Asist scheduling projects with Sales department or Project team.
  • Follow up with customers on status of technician visit, which includes dates and approximate times.
  • Maintain customer communication on material deliveries and service technician arrivals.
  • Relay customer information and reason for calling the technician and schedule a time frame.
  • Familiarize myself with the current service schedule in teams and keep office team members informed.
  • Schedule manpower, updating Computer based software system, and contacting technicians.
  • Verify purchase order totals/obtain invoices needed for billing
  • Price and enter service work order invoices
  • Provide work order net profit % to VP for review
  • Enter Material Sale invoices and enter information on material spreadsheet
  • Price and enter BAS work order invoices
  • Process New/Renewal Agreements in Computer based software system
  • Verify hours and costs for visits with estimate sheet
  • Maintain Usage Reports as required
  • Enter labor rates in Computer based software system
