We are looking for additional special education teachers for our Schilfparkkinder daycare in Hamburg-Bergedorf.

We see the support of the children entrusted to us - with or without special needs - as a team effort.

Your responsibilities with us:

Responsibility for the individualized support plans of our children within the framework of integration assistance (individual and integrated support)
Promoting the child's resources
Supporting colleagues in the holistic implementation of support goals
Parent meetings
Evaluating, documenting, and reflecting on progress
Writing reports and coordinating with involved institutions
Advising parents and assisting with applications
Participating in team meetings, planning days, and training sessions

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a special education teacher, special education therapist, or diploma in special education
Experience in supporting and promoting children
Ability to build professional relationships with children
Knowledge of child development stages
Teamwork and independence
Sense of responsibility and respectful interaction with the target group and their parents
Motivation to promote equal participation of children with special abilities
Enjoyment of working with children
